Viktoria Hristova

Viktoria Hristova is a finance professional with over 20 years of experience across banking, venture capital, EU funding, and sovereign investment structures. She began her career as a financial analyst and progressed into senior banking roles, later serving as Chief Risk Officer and CEO of a sovereign fund of funds.
Throughout her career, she has worked with companies at every stage — from early-stage ventures to large corporates — advising on complex funding strategies and institutional transactions. Viktoria has managed investment portfolios ranging from €0.5 billion to €2 billion and led major syndicated transactions, including an M&A banking deal in 2018.
Her work combines institutional financial expertise with a practical understanding of how strategic financial decisions affect founders, businesses, and leadership teams.
